For my street lamp image I photographed the back of a car covered in snow. The sodium light makes the snow appear a yellow colour and brings out the texture of the snow.

Incandescent Lighting
Incandescent lighting is a regular house hold bulb which gives off a yellow/orange glow.
To show my incandescent lighting I used a household lamp and light my dog showing the effects the colour of the bulb does to even a dark black colour.(Settings - F/6.7, 1/200, ISO 400, Auto White Balance)
Halogen/Tungsten Lighting (Site Lampwork lamp)
Halogen light is produced by an icandescent filament lamp placed in a quartz capsule containing halogen gas. These lamps radiate white light and are the best type of artificial light for producing holograms that can be viewed with thite light.
For my Halogen lighting I used a garden light with a plant underneath to show the shadow and highlights created by the light.
